The titles were held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre at Homebush on March 30 and 31.
The young swimmer was part of a strong 39-member team representing Swimming North Coast.
Overall, the team won 17 medals and had 25 top ten placings during the meet.
The 13 year old won two silver medals and a bronze.
The silver was in the 50 metre fly and 50m free while the bronze was in the 100m butterfly event.
He was also in the top 10 finishes in one other event. He also competed in 100m breaststroke, 50m backstroke, 50m breaststroke, 100 backstroke and 200 medley.
The year eight student says he wants to continue to improve his swimming and plans to increase his training regime next year.
"Swimming has been really good because I get to meet lots of new people and there's also the competitive side of it too," he said.
"There's also really good friendships and camaraderie between swimmers.

"We travel to various carnivals around the area and it's good to catch up with different people.
"I really enjoy freestyle and butterfly - they would be my favourite strokes."
Bailey says he was drawn to swimming after competing in school carnivals.
"I just got better at it so I then joined Laurieton Swim Club. From there I entered some competitions and I continued to improve my times and enjoyment," he added.
With a dream of competing at either the Commonwealth or Olympics, Bailey is currently training about six hours a week in the water and building strength at crossfit classes for two hours a week.
He trains at Wauchope and Port Macquarie pools.
Bailey thanked his Port Macquarie coaches Michael and Cheryl along with Larry from the Wauchope pool.
"And Ann Pilkie from Laurieton Swim Club is always ready to help me out with nominating for events too," he said.
