Mrs Williams claimed victory in the seat of Port Macquarie for The Nationals at about 8.30 on NSW election night.
This will be her third term as the Port Macquarie MP.
Mrs Williams, speaking on March 24, said the Port Macquarie electorate was going to see some really key projects delivered in the next four years, and she could say that with confidence, because a Coalition government would be in place.
She cited projects including a new PCYC in Port Macquarie, a new police station in Port Macquarie, the 3.4 kilometre Ocean Drive duplication and more car parking at Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
"I think one of the key commitments that we made as The Nationals was that we would support local councils to deliver local road projects and local timber bridge projects," Mrs Williams said.
She will seek out a meeting with the roads minister to discuss the matters.
The sealing of Maria River Road, the Ocean Drive duplication and the sealing a section of Waitui Road are front and centre.
Mrs Williams will also work with the roads minister to look at how the Lake Road and Wrights Road intersections can be made more effective.
She remains passionate about the tidal pool push and is keen for the revetment wall at Lake Cathie to move ahead.
Mrs Williams received 25,767 first preference votes on the initial count as of 4pm on March 24.
The vote count continues.
"I am really humbled to have the support of the community, and not only that, but to have an increased support," she said.
"I've always considered it such a privilege to be able to represent the people of the Port Macquarie electorate in parliament and to be able to now do that for another four years.
"But what is exciting for me is I know full well we are going to keep delivering for this electorate."
Mrs Willliams also praised the volunteers for their "amazing job" on election day.
