A man is set to appear in court after he was charged following a police pursuit near Wauchope on Saturday, March 16.

Mid North Coast Police District officers stopped a grey Ford Falcon sedan on the Oxley Highway at 3.25am for a random breath test.
The man allegedly refused to cooperate with police and a pursuit was initiated when he accelerated away.
Road spikes were deployed by police on Gordon Street. However the motorist allegedly continued to drive through the Port Macquarie CBD, until the vehicle came to a stop on the intersection of Hay Street and Sunset Parade.
The 32-year-old man was arrested and taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital for mandatory testing.
He was taken to Port Macquarie Police Station where he was charged with police pursuit, not producing a licence, no P plates, throwing an object onto roadway and driving in a dangerous manner.
He was refused bail to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on Sunday, March 17.
