Susanna Christie, director of Columba Cottage said the preschoolers were fundraising for Westmead Children's Hospital.
"We have a little fundrasier each month and this month we had a bandaged bear day raising money for Westmead Children's Hospital," Ms Christie said.
"We have spent the day having fun activities with all the children bringing their favourite teddy to join in the fun. Some bears even had bandages on.
"We had some races and a teddy toss and we all had lunch together out on the grass. Everyone had a great time and we raised a bit of money for a great cause."
