On Wednesday, February 13, students at Heritage Christian School benefited from the expertise of four regional universities.
The Regional University Roadshow visited the school to inform senior students about what they can expect from university if they choose this pathway, teacher, Michael Baldwin said.
"Bernadette Gammon coordinated student ambassadors from Charles Sturt University, Southern Cross University, University of New England and Newcastle University to spend an hour advising students about what uni life is like," Mr Baldwin said.
"The also spoke about the associated costs, where and what they could study, and provided a timeline of deadlines for the year ahead.
"In addition to gaining insight for life at university, this information also sparked some student into thinking about life beyond high school.
"We are extremely grateful for the time each student representative gave for our students and the wealth of knowledge they willingly provided.
"This will greatly help to help prepare our students for the new season of life they will soon venture into."
