Mariane Power and Jenna O'Connell are hosting the not-for-profit events focused on mental well being, 'giving back and paying it forward' called Lots of Love on February 27, other workshops will run from February 25 to March 1.
February 27's event features Self Care for Start-Ups & Entrepreneurs at The Hub from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
It is expected to discuss strategies to boost sense of meaning at home and work.
Ms Power, who holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology said LoL was a profit for purpose idea to donate all proceeds from events to local not-for-profits in February.
"We like to use the line, connecting people to their purpose, so especially in today's fast paced world people are sometimes not connected to the things that matter most to them," she said.
"We work to boost what's meaningful but act as a preventative measure to lot of the mental health stuff that we are seeing."
The February 25 to March 1 events relate to Workplace Wellbeing, featuring ways to reduce staff stress and improve productivity.
Ms O'Connell, a kindergarten to year 12 educator said the project was being trialed in Port Macquarie after launching parent business, The Posify Group, 18 months ago - and it was hoped it could be used as a template elsewhere.
"The idea being that we can empower other regional communities to use it as a template almost," she said.
"So they can replicate the concept of bringing community together... specially regional towns.
"We'd really just love to create or evolve ongoing support by drawing all the strengths together from businesses, individuals and not for profits - we pull everyone together.
February 27's event costs $29 a ticket including non-alcoholic drink and light refreshments, the one hour workshops from February 25 to March 1 cost $175 and are directly donated to a not-for-profit of the person's choice.
