Today I thought I would have breakfast at McDonalds.
When I went inside the order table had 3 computer systems installed.
No personalised service. Changed my mind about having McDonalds.
I walked out.
Is this a sign of the future?
The way I see it is this is an attempt to cut labour costs. Franchisees don’t have much say when it comes to running businesses these days, but I am not going to a business where there is no personal touch.
