Lots of yummy food stalls were selling locally produced fruits and veggies as well as eggs, honey and herbs.
The turn in weather comes as Weatherzone meteorologist Jacob Cronje said light rain is potentially on the cards this week.
"We have an inland low pressure trough bringing heat to the interior and bringing down unstable tropical air which is helping create the moisture," he said.
"For the Port Macquarie-Hastings, the best chance of thunderstorms is Thursday afternoon and evening."
