Distinguished barbecue cook Adam Roberts will be hosting an intimate cooking class where people will get an inside look at creating the best slow roasted meats.
Mr Roberts will be demonstrating how to barbecue ‘Low n Slow’, a barbecue movement for cooking with a smoker barbecue, on January 20, at BBQ Galore in Port Macquarie.
The two hour beginner basics barbecue class will cover fuels, barbecues, meats and some killer lamb and steak recipes said host Simon Howell.
“Adam is in high demand talking all over the country about the best way to barbecue in the style of ‘Low n Slow’,” Ms Howell said.
“It is shaping up to be a great afternoon and I would encourage everyone to purchase tickets.
“There will be a chance to ask lots of questions and really get a personal insight into what Adam does.”
Money raised from the event will go towards BeyondBlue and Cure Cancer two charities that are doing great work in the community.
