The three-hour event is free and starts at 6pm.
Port Macquarie Marine Rescue will be manning a barbeque, the club's Hastings Coffee Co will be operating with takeaway food and coffee while a jumping castle will also keep the kids entertained.
There will be other confectionery stalls on the night too.
Organised by The Westport Club, the spectacular was last held in 2015 before the club underwent major renovations which meant the event was held over.
Community and sports manager, Jenny Edmunds, described the Westport foreshore as a "beautiful part of the region".
"Bring your picnic rug, your chairs and your eskies and set up on the grassed area between the club and the river," she said.
"The spectacular is designed to take advantage of the foreshore area.
"The club wants to activate the entire foreshore area - with a focus on the Westport section.
"We will have the Bounty Hunters - David and Lyn Hinds - performing on the night and they will help keep the mood happy and vibrant.
"I do know that many people enjoy this particular event because it is a great time to catch up with friends after the busy Christmas period.

"We are encouraging people to come along, spread out and enjoy the night."
Mrs Edmunds said the fireworks spectacular was born out of the sole cancellation of the successful Christmas Under The Stars.
"We still had the fireworks held over from the cancelled event so the club decided to host a night in early January.
"It is still a fairly festive time of the year and we would love to see family, friends and visitors come down to the foreshore and enjoy the fireworks and the other entertainment."
Mrs Edmunds said fireworks are a real crowd-pleaser.
The 2015 event attracted between 2000 and 2500 people and a similar crowd is expected to attend the 2019 evening.
Mrs Edmunds says the club will decide if the spectacular will continue beyond 2019 by the community support.
"We will gauge everything by the reaction of those who attend," she added.
The Westport Club's fireworks spectacular is held from 6pm with the fireworks at around 9pm. It is a free event.
