The squad defeated Taree Panthers 20-4 in a thrilling match to conclude a great day of league.
Coach Rod Franklin said in the second year of the competition, the skill shown by the competitors is outstanding and the game play commendable.
"They are having fun and playing something they want to,” he said.
Player of the match was Stella Tijou from Wauchope.
In the 13s grand final, glory went to Port Macquarie Sharks who defeated Lake Cathie Raiders 16-10, with Lake Cathie halfback, Erin Gunton named player of the match.
In the 15s grand final, the Taree Panthers 20 defeated Wingham Tigers 4. The player of the match was Lucy Green from the Panthers.
In the opens, Wingham Tigers played the Forster Hawks, Old Bar played Kendall and Lower Macleay played Beechwood.
In the opens grand final Lower Macleay Magpies 8 defeated Old Bar Pirates 4.
The top player of the opens grand final was Sarah O’Connor from Old Bar.
“We are very pleased with how it went,” said Hastings League CEO Geoff Connor.
“We had twice the number of teams. Group 3 coming in with us helped the numbers.
“We had 20-odd teams and 300 girls playing. The skill level is really high and the girls are really enthusiastic. It’s fast-flowing football and it’s good to watch.
“We would like to thank CRL for the opportunity to put it on. We have put in a proposal for the 13-a-side winter comp,” he added.
