TWO 17-year-old Kempsey youths will face court in December on break and enter charges.
During the early hours of Monday, November 5, Port Macquarie Police, while en route to a suspected break-in at a local service station, observed a motor vehicle parked near medical centre on Lake Road.
Police allege the vehicle left the carpark with no lights on, accelerated into Wyandra Crescent before coming to a stop. Police then allege the four occupants exited the vehicle and ran.
Police apprehended two 17-years-old youths shortly after.
The white Hyundai Accent they were in had allegedly been stolen earlier in the evening from an address in Gordon Street.
Police allege the vehicle also had two cash floats from a Lake Road Pharmacy in it along with breaking implements and a large bag of clothing.
They were charged with carried in a conveyance without the consent of the owner, break and entering a dwelling with intent and aggravated break and enter which is a serious indictable offence.
The pair were both granted conditional bail to appear at the Port Macquarie Children’s Court on December 3, 2018.
