Port Macquarie's Ammanda Smith and son Matt were visiting Nelson Bay a few weeks ago when Matt found 'Roger the Rock'.
'Roger' has been travelling around for just over a year and has instructions on his back to take him on an adventure before leaving him at your next destination for someone else to take him further.
According to his Facebook page - yes, Roger has a Facebook page - he's been travelling through Queensland and even enjoyed a quiet beer on the Sunshine Coast Mountains.
But those travels appear to end in Port Macquarie, according to Ms Smith.
"We brought him to Port Macquarie where he went to school, work, surfing with Huddo, a haircut at Jimbos and a motorbike ride," Ms Smith said.
"On the final part of his journey with us, we took him to the Breakwall Caravan Park on October 27 and left him in the camp kitchen. We were hoping he would continue his journey.
"And now it appears as though Roger is missing.
"He hasn't been seen or heard for over 10 days now. Roger has his own Facebook page and has a Gorock tracking number too," Ms Smith said.
Roger started his epic journey in 2017 and his creator/mum is a little concerned about his whereabouts.
"I feel slightly responsible as we were the last people to escort him around," she added.
If you know where Roger the Rock is located, update the information on his Facebook page.
