A 34-year-old South West Rocks man has appeared in Macksville Local Court charged over two alleged domestic-related stabbings.

The incident occurred on Wednesday October 24 at a South West Rocks address.
Nathan Reginald Edwards appeared in the court via video link.
Magistrate M Goodwin refused bail.
Edwards will next appear in the Kempsey Local Court on January 23, 2019 for committal.
Edwards fronted Macksville Local Court on three charges - two counts of wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and one count of destroy or damage property.
Emergency services were called to a home in South West Rocks following reports that two people had been injured in an alleged altercation.
A 66-year-old woman and a 78-year-old man were treated at the scene by paramedics, before being taken to Kempsey Hospital for treatment to serious stab wounds. They were later transferred to Port Macquarie Base Hospital and listed in a serious but stable condition.
A short time later a 34-year-old man was arrested a short distance away.
Officers from Mid North Coast Police District arrested the man and conveyed him to Kempsey Police Station.
He was later charged and was refused bail after appearing in the local court.
