The fire is currently listed as out of control.
The RFS says the alert level for the grass fire is advice.
Meanwhile the Forest Corporation NSW is attending a bushfire on Nine Tree Road, at Wauchope.
That fire is listed as under control.
It covers some 30 hectares and is also listed as advice level.
Forest Corporation crews also have a hazard reduction burn in some 240 hectares in the Burrawan trial area under control.
This hazard reduction is listed as about eight kilometres south of Wauchope.
The RFS has listed the North Coast as being on a very high fire danger rating for Saturday, September 15.
