A celebration of all things spring at the annual Spring Fair will showcase the community garden and bring people together to enjoy a range of activities.
The September 1 celebration will include pizza cooked in the wood fired oven, homemade baked goods, stall holders showcasing their wares, face painting, gardening workshops and plant sales.
The fair at the Central Road garden runs from 11am to 3pm on September 1.
Admission is free.
Come along for a walk around the garden, have a look at the fruit and vegetables and enjoy the atmosphere.
There are two gardening workshops during the day.
Participants will learn how to brew tea from weeds at midday followed by a make your own potting mix workshop at 2pm.
Marketing and events officer Denis Juelicher is looking forward to welcoming members and the broader community to The Lost Plot for the celebrations.
“Events at the garden are a great opportunity to show off all the work our members have been putting into making the community garden a vibrant and productive shared space,” Ms Juelicher said.
The community garden is a constantly evolving space.
