The comfortable victory was an important one for the team in a competition that sees only four points separating the top five teams.
Team manager Emily Jones said it was a strong performance from her team.
“The girls are really pulling together as a team, working their way up the field together with good passing options and supporting one another,” Jones said.
“They are also communicating well with each other which just improves more each game.
“We still have things to work on improving our completion rate in the attacking circle but the foundation is there for us to build on.”
Jade Millward opened the scoring late in the first half before further goals to Emily Brazel and Michelle Smith put the result beyond doubt.
Millward also added a second in the second half.
Bolstered by their lead, the girls dominated the game in attack holding possession of the ball for at least 80 per cent of the play with lots of convincing campaigns into the attacking circle.
The scoreline could have been even greater if not for some gallant defending from the All Stars.
Players player went to Jess Galloway.
