A development application seeks approval for the commercial fit-out of the recently completed building at 122-124 Hastings River Drive.

The proposal would pave the way for an ARB showroom, office, workshop, storage and associated signs.

ARB is a 4x4 accessory business.

The ARB facility would span three tenancies in the light industrial building.

There are 21 car parking spaces.

The development application is on display at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council until June 21.
