That was the depth of projects endorsed by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council for community grants in the 2017/18 period.
The information was contained in a report tabled at the May 16 council meeting.
Mayor Peta Pinson said the community grants have a positive impact within the local government area.
"These are all great projects that bring much joy to the recipients," she said.
"This also flows on to the greater community."
The budget available for community grants was set at $108,388.
A total of just under $70,000 was allocated to community grants in the timeframe with the surplus - some $38,976 - reallocated to Bicentenary activities.
The report said that the surplus will be allocated for the Community Place Team in conjunction with the Bicentenary Working Group to work in partnership with community groups in developing bicentenary projects and events to be delivered across the local government area.
Initial discussions have been held with several key community groups in key locations across the local government area in relation to developing Bicentenary projects and events.
Six projects have been recommended for funding.
