Licensees from all licensed premises in the Hastings enjoyed a day away from their venues to promote unity and help raise much need funds.
Money raised goes toward Accord initiatives and campaigns that promote responsibility around alcohol consumption.
Liquor Accord president Alistair Flower praised the latest figures showing that assaults in licensed premises across the Hastings venues have dropped 53 per cent in the last 10 years.
"We have 120 players from a broad range of venues from Laurieton up to Port Macquarie attending," he said.
"There are some key supporters of our industry are part of the day such as local security and police. It will help support some of our alcohol initiatives that we do, promoting responsible alcohol awareness."
Mr Flower said the reduction of assaults is one achievement that highlights how well everyone is working together.
"This is a great day that will help cement relationships and build the camaraderie - as well as have some fun," he said.
"The day will help in keeping everyone on the same page and highlighting how strong our licensed premises are as an accord.
"We all work very well together with the same common goal."
