Letter: apologies for flight delays at Port Macquarie are lame

The resulting missed connection meant I missed my son’s birthday.
Then last night’s flight was cancelled altogether. So once again my plans to spend time with my family are sabotaged. Your apologies are starting to feel pretty lame.
Certainly, Virgin re-booked me on the 1020 this morning. Just got a message to say that it is delayed till 1250...
