At around 6pm on Tuesday April 24, the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue helicopter was tasked to the Yarrowitch area west of Wauchope.
They conducted a stretcher winch recovery of a 59-year-old man who’d had a motorcycle accident and suffered multiple trauma injuries.

He was transported to Port Macquarie Base Hospital in a serious condition.
