Serving and ex-servicemen and women, along with members of the public, will assemble at the Port Macquarie War Memorial for the dawn service at 5.30am.
Hastings Secondary College's Nathan Barnett will present the commemorative address.
The traditional morning service gets underway from 9.30am.
Serving and ex-servicemen and women, and all invited marchers, will assemble at the southern end of Horton Street - south of the clock tower - at 9.30am.
The march will arrive at the war memorial for the commemorative service at 10.30am.
Guest speaker is St Josephs Catholic College school captain Elizabeth Pike.
The catafalque party at the war memorial for both services will be a combination of navy, army and air force cadets.
Sub-branch president Greg Laird, assisted by Pastor Carl Moses, will lead the prayers at both services.
Following the service, a ticket-only Anzac Day luncheon and entertainment is on at Panthers Port Macquarie's main auditorium.
This event commences at noon and is open to Sub-branch members, partners, service and ex-service personnel.
Tickets are available from the Port Macquarie Sub-branch office.
Entertainment will be provided for guests.

Laurieton RSL Sub Branch’s Anzac Day commemorations begin at 5.30am with a Dawn Service at the memorial park on Kew Road.
The march will begin outside the Laurieton United Services Club at 10.30am. Marchers are asked to assemble outside the club at 10.20am.
The parade will march along Seymour and Bold Streets to the cenotaph at the memorial park.
Transport for ex-service men and women who are unable to march, will be provided courtesy of the Hastings Auto Restorers Club.
If the weather is severe, the service will be held at the LUSC.
The Kendall RSL Sub Branch will host Dawn Service at the Kendall Cenotaph at 5.30am. The commemoration service and march will begin at 10am opposite the general store in Comboyne Street.
Members are asked to form up and be ready to move off at 10am sharp.
Comboyne Street will be closed to the public from 9.30am until 11am for the service.
If the weather is unkind, the service will be held at the Kendall School of Arts Hall.
Following the service, the community is welcome to retire to the Kendall Services and Citizen’s Club on Graham Street.

Dawn Service - Wauchope RSL Club opens 5am for coffee. Marchers assemble Young Street for march off at 5.30am for service at Cenotaph
Main service - Marchers form up at RSL at 10.15am with march off at 10.30am for 11am service at Cenotaph.
Non ex-service people parading with relatives medals must wear medals on the right breast.
This year details on several soldiers from the Hastings area, who died in WW1, will be read out at the Cenotaph from 10.30am to those waiting for the marchers to arrive from the RSL. The public is invited to arrive at 10.30 to hear their stories.
Entertainment at the Anzac Day luncheon will be provided by The Sentimental Journey, who will give a great rendition of songs and dance tunes from the Forties and Fifties.
