Wauchope is home to a new boutique music festival and this time it’s in the form of a country music edition.

The inaugural Coastal Country Music Festival is a one-day event offering a lovingly curated line up of modern country artists for a big day of premium music, food and entertainment.

No country music fan will want to miss the Coastal Country Music Festival which will take place in Wauchope on Saturday August 4.

Having secured one of Australia’s most recognisable country music talents to headline the event, Troy Kemp is known for his rocking brand of country music and incredible stage presence.

A highly regarded artist, who spends lots of his time on the road, Troy has held multiple number one singles on the Australian Country Chart and has won Golden Guitar and CMC Awards.

Troy will be supported by fan favourites, Josh Setterfield, The Trade Ins and Rusted, with young stars Blake O’Connor and Emma Dykes rounding up the exciting performances and packed line up.

Kicking off at 2 pm, the fully licensed event is set to take place at the picturesque Wauchope Country Club which boasts a magnificent golf course, two bowling greens with a relaxing atmosphere.

The club has plenty of available parking and will be serving beefed up, Amercian styled food during the festival. Ride the mechanical bull if you dare and spend time following the live performances and dancing the night away to country music DJ’s.

Festival brainchild AJ Davis says she wanted to create a country music experience in our region that celebrates music, our incredible community and everything they mean to each other.

“The country feel and character of Wauchope is the perfect setting for the Coastal Country Music Festival and the fact that I grew up in Wauchope, makes it that little bit more special,” she said.

The new festival brings together exciting live performances for friends and family in a picturesque outdoor setting.

Tickets for the highly anticipated Coastal Country Music Festival go on sale Monday March 19, 2018 from Eventbrite. Early-bird tickets will be available for a short time only and start at $55.

VIP Packages include; drink tickets and food, backstage access and vantage viewing points.
