More local food vendors and good weather are all that is needed for the popular Twilight Food Markets, Port Macquarie to be even more successful.
Organiser Maureen Shaw said the markets are on Town Beach Reserve each Saturday night from 5pm until 9pm.
"The markets are on each Saturday night, but are governed by the weather conditions at the time," she said.
"We currently have 10 food vendors booked but would love to hear from more vendors, particularly from the local Port Macquarie area.
"The markets attract a good response each Saturday night and we currently have some support from locals and holidaymakers.
"It is a wonderful venue for this kind of family-friendly event. It is a remarkable location; come along and soak up the atmosphere."
Ms Shaw said multi-cultural cuisine is the mainstay of the menu.
