Demand is not just from home-buyers but those looking for a great investment. Most price ranges are selling fast and occasionally sight-unseen. It’s certainly a seller’s market.
The Port Macquarie-Hastings Council area population is forecasted to grow to 102,926 by 2036, over 28% increase.

Nature: Watch a koala pottering around or take a stroll through beautiful rainforest at Sea Acres and enjoy nature at its very finest.
Entertainment: The Glasshouse is a world class venue. With a wide range of quality shows and state of the art technology.
