Sarah and her family travelled to Darwin late September for the School Sport Australia Swimming Championships.
She earned nine medals, two gold and seven bronze, and set eight new records for the S14 class (for swimmers with a disability) aged 10-12 years.
Sarah earned gold in the 200m medley multi-class relay and 500m 10-50 relay.
The bronze medals came from the 200m individual medley, 200m freestyle, 100m butterfly, 100m breaststroke, 100m freestyle, 50m freestyle, 50m breaststroke, all in the 10-12 years mutli-class.
She set records for S14 10-12 years in 200m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 50m breaststroke, 200m individual medley (by a massive nine seconds), 50m freestyle, 50m butterfly, 100m breaststroke and 50m backstroke.
