A MAN has died following a crash near Port Macquarie last week.

At about 2.30pm on Friday, emergency services were called to the Pacific Highway at Blackmans Point, after a Toyota Hilux and an Isuzu truck collided head-on.
The 32-year-old man driving the Hilux, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital in a serious condition.
The 54-year-old man driving the truck was also taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital where he received treatment for minor injuries.
Just before 9am on Saturday, police were informed that the 32-year-old man had died in hospital.
Police from Mid North Coast Local Area Command will prepare a report for the Coroner.
