Firefighters received a call out at 10.50pm for a structural fire, and upon arrival found the back of the building to be alight.
The Port Lincoln MFS and CFS sent three appliances each, with 12 and 15 firefighters respectively.
It took 40 minutes before the fire was brought under control.
Early estimates are at $300,000 for both structural and stock damage.
