The new head of the Strike Force Rosann has said the net is tightening on those in the area where William Tyrell disappeared, with 'suspicion' aimed at people who don't come forward.

Detective Inspector Gary Jubelin said his team have moved past the idea of the three-year-old wandering off and "believe it's a situation of human intervention".
The senior investigator said anyone who was within a one kilometre radius of Benaroon Drive around 10.30am on September 12, 2014, had a responsibility to come forward.
He said the demand was "slightly different" to normal public appeals.
"What we're saying is if you were in that vicinity at that time, we want you to come forward and speak to police.
"If you don't, we would find that extremely concerning and a certain amount of suspicion would be attached to anyone that doesn't want to assist police in investigating a crime of this nature."
