HARRINGTON Hurricanes might not be adapting to the Hastings League as well as they would like.
The former rugby union club copped a caning at the hands of Long Flat Dragons in the first round of the Hastings League on Saturday.
The Dragons triumphed 68-8 on Harrington's home turf.
Kendall Blues backed up their Bain Cup win with victory over Lower Macleay Magpies. The Blues won 22-14.
South West Rocks easily accounted for Lake Cathie Raiders, winning 52-18, while the Beechwood Shamrocks beat Settlers Sharks 36-12.
