THIS Saturday is the first weekend of the rugby league Bain Cup and will see all the teams in action again at the Lank Bain Sporting complex in Wauchope.

Kendall are first up again at 6pm taking on the Beechwood Shamrocks, followed by Comboyne taking on Long Flat Dragons, Hi-Tec Sharks take on Lake Cathie Raiders and the last game of the night will be South West Rocks Marlins against the Lower Macleay.
Harrington Hurricanes have the bye and progress through to the following weekend.
All games will be played with 20 minute halves and knockout rules.
Entry fee is $5, there will be full bar and food facilities are open so bring the kids and enjoy an evening of local footy.
The 2014 season got off to a great start last weekend with a good crowd on hand to watch the nine a side league knockout.
All sides played two games each with some very entertaining football, with the two top sides Kendall and Lower Macleay fighting out a thriller in the final and Kendall winning 26 to 24.
