The accident took place at the southern approach to the bridge over the Camden Haven River.
The Port Macquarie Police attended the scene but were unable to provide any further details about the accident.
No other vehicles were involved and it is believed the driver was the sole occupant.
It is also believed the driver escaped with only minor injuries.
