A series of workshops this week spanning Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Laurieton is one way for residents to share their thoughts about what should be on the newly-elected Port Macquarie-Hastings Council's horizon.
Participants must be on the register to participate.

Mayor Peter Besseling encourages the community to get on board with the consultation process.
People's views will feed into the development of the council's delivery program between 2013 and 2017.
The four-year delivery program details the council's priorities as part of an integrated suite of planning documents. For those interested, the workshops happen on the following days
Hastings Horizons workshops:
* November 20: 5pm to 7pm Council office in Port Macquarie (HELD LAST NIGHT)
* November 21: 10am to noon Port Macquarie Emergency Operations Centre (HELD TODAY)
* November 22: 5pm to 7pm Wauchope's Senior Citizens Centre
* November 23: 10.30am to 12.30pm Laurieton School of Arts Hall
