The Candidate:

The Manager is responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the store in an efficient and profitable manner. Create and maintain high store standards. Develop and lead team to ensure KPI results are delivered whilst fostering a positive work environment. Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Has Leadership Experience - Coach and work collaboratively with the Management Team to ensure alignment towards company objectives.
  • Is Operations Focused - Drive performance across all departments to achieve store KPIs and NPAT including all online activity.
  • Loves Customer Service - Build a customer service culture, leading by example when dealing with External and Internal Stakeholders
  • Understands how to Manage Inventory - Ensure all stock is in clean, in working order, priced to sell and well merchandised.
  • Can Train & Develop Staff - In conjunction with the HR Business Partner/Owners/Manager, up-skill store staff with sales techniques, product knowledge and cross-training in all aspects of the store.
