Wyndham Destinations is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Flynns Beach location!
The Sales Manager, Virtual & Telesales will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team. You will also be responsible for supporting the Project Director with staff recruitment and development and site financial management.
Based at our newly expanded Flynns Beach Resort, in this role you will be:
Speaking with our existing Owners to tailor their holiday needs and enhance their existing Vacation Ownership
Delivering the required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
Assisting in providing training, education and performance monitoring for the Flynns Beach sales team
Follow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practices
Actively participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employees
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers; support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.

Have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service

Sound problem solving and negotiating skills
Ability to recognise financial trends and their application to the business
Be flexible to work the operational hours of the site
Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience is essential to this role
