Reporting to the GM of this growing, well positioned and highly awarded business, this critical hands-on technical solutions project BD role will see the successful candidate take full control in leading the project team into major new business bids and opportunities across markets such as mining & resources, industrial manufacturing, waste & recycling and renewables

Skills & experience

• Tertiary or trade qualification in Engineering, manufacturing or similar
• 8-10+ years' experience in similar role with proven success winning and leading major bids
• Significant experience in selling technical concepts, products, and solutions into major tier one organisations across any of these market segments - mining, waste and recycling, energy and renewables
• Exceptionally well networked technical solutions sales professional who is career minded and ambitions to develop into a senior leadership role on the future - clear succession plan opportunity
• Commercially astute individual with strong negotiation skills
• Experience developing and delivering on strategic sales plans
