How You'll Shine

The Duty Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the Front Office. In this unique position you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Sales & Marketing teams to introduce Guests to our Vacation Ownership product, Club Wyndham.

What You'll Bring

  • A natural leader who can confidently make independent decisions, who has prior experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a Hotel
  • Flexible to work a 7 day week roster including night shift, weekends and holidays - you will be required to work late night shifts. (Front desk is open 24hrs/7days a week)
  • Experience in leading a team, self motivated, results oriented and use initiative
  • Be a real 'people person' and genuinely enjoy getting to know people
  • Have a strong ability to build and develop positive relationships
  • Have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Opera Experience is preferable
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Full manual drivers licence
  • First Aid certificate
