OUR CLIENT

Our client is an award-winning IT Business Solutions company headquartered on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and has been providing Better Business Technology to Southeast Queensland businesses for more than 22 years.

Our client “specialises in providing technology that provides business owners with the power to achieve their business goals” this delivered through a full spectrum of services ranging from cloud and cyber security services to hardware and software procurement, outsourced service desk and support, and network design, provisioning & connectivity.

 

THE POSITION

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Account Manager with a passion for I.T to join their expanding team. The role looks after a range of existing business clients across Southeast Queensland that extends nationally. There is also an expectation of business development to attract new clients as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and seeking to improve their technology platforms through their suite of product and service offerings.

There are many exciting opportunities for a savvy Business Account Manager to generate new business associated with the new Maroochydore CBD and other developments across the broader Sunshine Coast. 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You’ll have a passion for, as well as possessing a solid knowledge of Information Technology Systems.
  • Able to apply I.T Knowledge to conceptualise customer solutions.
  • Have a strong focus on the customer experience and maintaining strong customer relationships. 
  • Demonstrate a professional sales style and make recommendations that align to the best outcome for the customers long term business objectives.
  • Enjoy actively promoting the business through attendance at key public functions and events.
  • You’ll be able to work autonomously as well as part of a high performing team.
  • Proactively manage your time and priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in a business development role (obtain new clients).
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail 
  • Desire to continually develop your skills and IT knowledge

 

FOR THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?

  • Base salary plus attractive monthly commission ($120,000 + OTE)
  • Full training provided on technical products and services
  • Car Allowance + Laptop + Phone provided
