Hastings Old Holdens Car Club hosted the event at the Port Macquarie Racecourse.
The community was invited to view a number of glorious old Holden models.
Also in attendance were two 05 Toranas in a tribute to the legend, Peter Brock.
Tony Massih is the proud owner of the ‘one of a kind’ 1978 HDT Torana A9X.
The vehicle has been in the family for the past six years.
Tony said the car has to be regularly maintained. He said it doesn’t leave the garage very much unless to attend car shows.
Carol and Stephen Bannister attended the event from Tamworth.
The couple used to own a Holden panel van in 1979 and went on their honeymoon to Cairns in it.
They said seeing the old vehicles makes them nostalgic and brings back a lot of good memories.
All proceeds from the day went to the Port Macquarie SES and Hastings Support Group - Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
