Shortly after 2am on Sunday, March 4, two men, aged 20 and 19, were seen urinating on a police vehicle before jumping on the bonnet of another car.
The men, from the Tamworth area, were identified on CCTV. At 3.30am, a vehicle was stopped with one of the men driving and the other in the passenger seat.
Both were arrested and charged with malicious damage and offensive behaviour. The driver was also charged with low-range drink driving.
Both men will appear in Port Macquarie Local Court on May 5.
