A search for a swimmer reported missing from a beach on the Mid North Coast at the weekend has been suspended.

About 5.30pm on Saturday, February 17, police and emergency services were called to Valla Beach, following reports a 22-year-old man had been swept out to sea.
Officers attached to Mid North Coast Police District with assistance from Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Marine Rescue and Surf Life Saving commenced a search of the area.
Despite an extensive search, Queensland man Daniel Price has not been located.
The search has been suspended and police will continue to patrol the beach.
The family has requested privacy at this time.
