The event is being staged by Hastings Secondary College Port Macquarie Campus P&C Association.
Coordinator Noni Collins said the event is open to the public.
“It will be a great day with plenty of space available,” she said. “We are calling on antique traders and all those savvy car boot stallholders from all over the region to book their site.
“This inaugural event will support the campus.
“The car boot sale is scheduled to run from 9am until 1pm while the antique fair is on from 9am until 5pm.
“Whether you trade for a living or just want to clear out your clutter after Christmas, the fair has a spot for you.”
Mrs Collins said antique traders will set up inside the multi-purpose centre with car boot sellers located on the lower oval.
“If you can fit it in your car, you can sell it at the fair,” she added.
Coupled with the event, the P&C is also inviting community and not-for-profit groups to book a pitch in the community area to promote their organisation and services.
Sites are available for $90 for antique traders, $25 for car boot stallholders and no charge for community groups.
“It will be a great day for all members of the general public with a large range of goods for sale, a BBQ and other food, coffee, and refreshments available, activities for the kids and entertainment for all,” Mrs Collins said.
