BANKRUPT former billionaire Nathan Tinkler is embroiled in a family feud that has seen him charged with allegedly smashing a stained glass window at his sister’s house.

The case was briefly mentioned in Port Macquarie Local Court on Wednesday January 24, but Mr Tinkler did not appear.
Police allege that Mr Tinkler went to the home of his sister Donna Dennis and her husband Lindsay in Kendall on December 28 and smashed the window.
Mr Dennis has also applied for an apprehended domestic violence order against the 41-year-old former owner of the Newcastle Knights and Newcastle Jets.
The criminal charge comes just days after Mr Tinkler’s creditors refused to accept his latest settlement offer of $1 million to have his bankruptcy revoked.
It means he could lose his last substantial asset, a rural property at Ross Glen, near Laurieton, worth about $665,000.
In late December, Mr Tinkler, who listed his address as Sapphire Beach, unsuccessfully offered less than 0.2 cents in the dollar to settle his $553.8 million debt to creditors.
Mrs Dennis, declared bankrupt in July, signed on as a director of several companies linked to her brother when his business empire started to collapse in 2014.
In May, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission banned Mr Tinkler, Mrs Dennis and Mr Tinkler’s former right-hand man, Troy Palmer, from managing companies for between three years and four years, citing “multiple serious failures” in their duty as directors of companies that included Mr Tinkler’s thoroughbred racing empire Patinack Farm and the Newcastle Jets.
The trio were banned as a result of information contained in reports provided by the liquidators of the failed companies associated with the former billionaire.
ASIC said they failed to “prevent the companies from trading while insolvent”, didn't ensure the companies paid their taxes and had “allowed one of the companies to deliberately operate at a loss”.
