Over 120 TAFE NSW locations across the state will open doors to future students for TAFE NSW Enrolment Week, January 15 – 20, 2018.
Members of the Port Macquarie-Hastings community can visit their local campuses to take advantage of information sessions, pop-up stalls and demonstrations designed to showcase course offerings available and state-of-the-art facilities.
“TAFE NSW offers over 1,200 courses in a range of critical areas in-demand from industry and provides students with the training they need to secure a job,” TAFE NSW regional general mTAFEanager, Marie Larkings said.
“At TAFE NSW, students can study when, where and what they want and are supported by a talented community of career advisors, counsellors and teachers.
TAFE NSW Port Macquarie will also have tours of the campus, meet the teachers, light refreshments and giveaways.
TAFE NSW Wauchope will also run workshops, a free sausage sizzle and giveaways on Thursday 18 January, 8.30 am – 4 pm.

The NSW Government provides significant subsidies for a range of courses at TAFE NSW, ensuring students can undertake the studies they need to upskill or find a new job, without having to graduate with a huge debt.
For those who can’t attend, signature events from around the state will be live-streamed to the TAFE NSW Facebook page throughout the week, with extended hours and extra activities for ‘TAFE Tuesday’ at select campuses.
TAFE NSW Enrolment Week 2017 attracted more than 10,000 attendees to 1300 events, with a further 26,000 people watching online via Facebook Live events.
