The event was a two-ball best ball stableford with a single stableford in conjunction.
Winners of the two-ball were Peter Hearle and Ken Sheather with 47 points on a countback from runners up Peter Tetfong and Peter Kable.
Walker’s win was aided by a terrific three under par round for 40 points from runner up Paul Moon.
Winner in B grade was Bob Bassett with 40 points on a count back from runner up Bill Drinkwater.
Winner in C grade was John Beresford with a great round for 42 points. Runner up was Les Derby with 39 points. Sam Hutchison had an eagle two on the par four eighth hole.
The ball competition went down to 35 points on a count back. Nearest to the pin went to Jason Strong, Paul Randall, Terry Jones and Graeme McLaren.
Saturday at Port Macquarie Golf Club was a stroke round for the January monthly medal.
Winner in A grade was with a fantastic 63 nett was Anthony Shipway. Runner up was Peter White with 69 nett.
Winner in B grade was Rick Bourne with 69 nett on a count back from John McGrath, Dale Hubbard and Allen Philp.
Winner in C grade was Alan Thompson with a 66 nett. Runner up was Roy Wilkinson with 69 nett and third was Don McManus with 70 nett.
Jonathon Toombs had an eagle three on the par five twelfth hole.
Winner of the scratch score was David Bagust with a three over par round on a count back from Lindsay Verdon.
The ball competition went to 73 nett on a count back. Nearest to the pin went to Chris Dixon, Andrew Davis, Josh James and Michael Swift.
