The 14-year-old will have the experience of being able to play the full 18-hole course at Twin Creeks Golf and Country Club on Wednesday.
She will line up alongside some of the stars of the Australasian PGA Tour before they tee off the next day at the NSW Open.
Laws-Farrell previously experienced Pro-Am selection two years ago, but feels she is a more rounded golfer this time.
The challenging layout at Twin Creeks is sure to test her improvement – with bunkers a prominent feature throughout the course.
“My game from hitting out of the bunkers probably needs a bit of work, but I’ll see how I play on the day,” Laws-Farrell said.
“I’m definitely a better player now – my distance has improved and I’m a lot more consistent.”
It is another step on the path to the world tour and she admitted she wanted to take as much from the experience as possible.
“I’m expecting to learn heaps of things and talk to different pros from around the state and have a good time really,” she said.
“I haven’t really set any goals – I don’t usually do that – I go to have fun and aim to play my best.”
The teenager admitted she wanted to progress to the world tour by the time she was 20.
“I’ve got some friends over in America now, so it’s definitely become a reality to strive for it and play over there,” she said.
“It’s a lot to do with practice and playing heaps more than I used to in the last 12 months.
“I’ve definitely shown an improvement.”
The talented golfer was selected from hundreds of juniors from across the state after being nominated by Port Macquarie Golf Club.
It was after Golf New South Wales put the call out to more than 370 clubs state-wide for club captains to nominate up and coming players.
More than 80 golfers will tee off, with junior players coming from all parts of New South Wales, including Eden, Coonabarabran and Tweed Heads.
