He last appeared in Port Macquarie Local Court on October 18, charged with not giving way and negligent driving causing death following a crash that killed a 16 year old girl at Herons Creek on September 28.
Prior to that he appeared on September 29 where strict bail conditions were enforced by Magistrate McIntosh.
He remains on those same bail conditions which include surrendering his passport and not to approach or enter any airport. He is to live in Surry Hills and report to police three times a week.
The British Consulate is aware NSW Police are holding a British passport.
