One injured, taken to hospital after two car crash on Ocean Drive Port Macquarie

A CRASH on Ocean Drive, Port Macquarie, at around 11:35am on October 11 saw one person trapped for a short time.

Paramedics were called to the scene one kilometre from the Crestwood Drive roundabout after two cars collided. Traffic was blocked both ways.

The first patient suffered minor injuries and was not taken to hospital while the other, a 49 year old, was trapped for some time with limb injuries, and complained of wrist and chest pain.

They were taken by ambulance to Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
