The September 21 event, which will raise money for nurse education in Vanuatu, is open to the public for a gold coin donation.
Residents will sell goods, from plants to pickles and knitting, at the Dahlsford Grove Lifestyle Village community centre.
Devonshire tea will also be available to purchase.
The art and craft fair runs from 10am and 3pm.
Meanwhile, residents and the public are invited to a viewing, supper and auction from 5pm in the community centre.
Arts, craft, woodwork and quilts will go under the hammer at the auction.
Entry to the evening event costs $5.
Spokesperson Dian Barnes said people could come along to see the talent in the community, as well as help raise money to educate nurses in Vanuatu.
